Welcome to mbi8win. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mbi8win platform — whether through the website mbi8win.im or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must refrain from using the mbi8win platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.

To register and use the mbi8win platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. mbi8win strictly prohibits the use of the platform by minors.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident registered in Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Are not prohibited from using online betting services under any applicable law or regulation.
• Has never had an account banned or suspended by mbi8win.

Mbi8win reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering an mbi8win account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and any other details requested by the system. mbi8win is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbi8win username and password. It is strongly advised that you:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Change your password regularly and immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.

Mbi8win will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you receive any message requesting your login credentials on behalf of mbi8win, please report it to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on mbi8win are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). mbi8win only accepts payments via recognised and approved methods in Malaysia. Available payment methods are as follows:

Mbi8win reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity verification (KYC) purposes before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawal requests that do not meet KYC requirements may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Mbi8win offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and a VIP loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses must be wagered at the specified multiplier (typically 20x–30x the bonus value) before withdrawals are permitted. Specific terms for each bonus will be stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has its own validity period. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Betting Limits: While completing bonus wagering requirements, the maximum stake per match or round is RM 50, unless otherwise stated.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type can be found in the respective promotion terms.
• One Active Bonus: Only one active bonus is permitted at any given time. Players may not claim a new bonus until their existing bonus has been fully completed or forfeited.

All bets placed on mbi8win are subject to the betting rules and conditions set for each game type. The general rules applicable to all bet types are as follows:

• Bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled except under technical circumstances as determined by mbi8win.
• Mbi8win reserves the right to void or refund any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error.
• For postponed or cancelled football matches, the applicable rules depend on how much of the match has been played — please refer to the FAQ section for further details.
• Virtual sports betting on mbi8win uses an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system. All results are final.
• In the event of a dispute over a betting outcome, the decision of the mbi8win team is final following an investigation conducted within 5 business days.

For football betting on the Malaysia Super League and international leagues such as the EPL, La Liga, and UEFA Champions League, specific rules for each market (Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under) can be found in the Help section of the mbi8win platform.

Use of the mbi8win platform is subject to a strict prohibition on the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and legal prosecution where applicable:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate games, or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the mbi8win platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities is a serious offence that will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Use of Bots & Automated Software: The use of bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to play or bet automatically is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account to manipulate the bonus system or betting limits is strictly prohibited.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account login with anyone, including family members, is a violation of mbi8win's terms of use.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the mbi8win bonus system.

Mbi8win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
• Failure to submit identity verification (KYC) documentation upon request.
• Requests from authorities in connection with legal or regulatory obligations.
• At the user's own request to close their account.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, mbi8win reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. If the closure is for reasons other than a breach of terms, any valid account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the review process.

The mbi8win platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While mbi8win makes every effort to ensure the platform operates 24/7 without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability under all circumstances. mbi8win shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform disruptions or technical failures beyond mbi8win's control.
• Losses resulting from internet disruptions or disconnections during an active betting session.
• Any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages of any kind.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Mbi8win's maximum total liability to any user in any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Should you have any complaint or dispute regarding mbi8win services, you are required to contact our customer support team first via live chat or email at support@mbi8win.im. mbi8win is committed to resolving all valid complaints within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration by an independent party appointed by mbi8win. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action arising from disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Mbi8win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will take effect immediately upon being published on the mbi8win website.

It is your responsibility as a user to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms. The last updated date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent amendments were made.

Continued use of the mbi8win platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please contact our support team to close your account.
